  • Exotic Food Sesame Oil3 tbsp
  • Exotic Food Chilli Paste3 tbsp
  • Edamame300 g
  • Salt1 pinch
  • Truffle Oil (Optional)1 tbsp


  • Bring water to boil in a pot. Blanch the edamame
    in boiling water with a pinch of salt.
    Drain in cold water to keep edamame color fresh.
  • Add sesame oil and chilli paste to the edamame
    then mix well. Ready to serve as a spicy snack.
  • For more aroma, add 1 tbsp of truffle and mix it up.
