Sriracha Bacon and Egg Open Sandwich

  • Sandwich bread3 slices
  • Egg, boiled3
  • Exotic Food Sriracha
    Hot Chilli Sauce
    3 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise4.5 tbsp
  • Yogurt4.5 tbsp
  • Salt and ground black pepperDash
  • As desired Arugula and crispy bacon


  • Dice or mash the eggs then mix with Sriracha sauce,
    mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper.
  • Toast the bread then place the egg mixture on the toast.
  • Sprinkle with arugula and crispy bacon. Drizzle with
    Sriracha sauce for more flavor.
