Spicy Tuna Cake
  • For 2 servings
  • Tuna in brine250 g
  • Onion, chopped1/4 cup
  • Egg1
  • Almond, ground2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice1 tsp
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper, ground1/4 tsp
  • For Sauce
  • Tuna in brine250 g
  • Exotic Food Sriracha
    Hot Chilli Sauce
    1/3 cup
  • Greek yogurt1 tbsp

  • Mayonnaise2 tbsp
  • Garlic, chopped 1 clove
  • Coriander leave, chopped 1 tbsp


  • Drain tuna from brine then mix the tuna with onion,
    egg, almond, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Shape the tuna mixture into round flat pieces as desired.
    Lightly coat a pan with olive oil, fry the tuna cake with
    medium heat until brown on both sides.
  • Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together
    then serve with tuna cake.
