  • ripe Avocado3
  • Tomato2
  • cup Onion 1/2
  • Garlic, minced 2 tsp
  • Lime 1
  • Cayenne Pepper1
  • Cilantro leaves 1 handful
  • Salt1 tsp
  • Exotic Food Chilli Paste 1 tbsp


  • Halve and peel avocodo. Scoop out the avocado pulp
    and mash it with a fork.
  • Halve the tomato and scoop out the seeds.
    Slice tomato into small cubes.
  • Dice onion and add onion and tomato to mashed avocado.
  • Add juice of one lime, minced garlic, sliced cayenne pepper,
    cilantro and salt. Mix well.
  • Garnish with Exotic Food Chilli Paste, tomato
    and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.

Put avocado seed in the guacamole keep it from going brown!
