    Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
    1 cup
  • Black Pepper, groundpinch
  • Blue Cheese2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise2 tbsp
  • Sour Cream2 tbsp
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Celery Stalks1 bunch


  • Deep fry the chicken wings in wok oil until golden and crispy
  • Make the sauce by melting butter in small saucepan
    under low-medium heat. Add Sriracha sauce and stir until
    combine. Add black pepper and mix.
  • Make the bluecheese dipping sauce by blending blue cheese,
    mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic together.
  • Coat the chicken wings with hot sauce.
    Serve with blue cheese dipping sauce and celery stalks.
