Spaghetti Panang
with River Prawn
  • For 2 servings
  • Spaghetti, cooked2 cups
  • River Prawn or Lobster, grilled2-4
  • Whipping cream1 cup
  • Onion, chopped1/4 cup
  • Exotic Food Panang Curry Paste2 tbsp
  • Salt1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper, ground1/4 tsp
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • for garnish Sliced bird's eye chilli
    and kaffir lime leaf


  • Heat oil on a medium heat, add onion and cook until soft.
  • Add curry paste and cook until fragrant. Add whipping
    cream, salt and pepper then simmer until thicken.
  • Divide spaghetti on plates, place grilled prawn on top and
    add a spoonful of sauce to each plate.
  • Garnish with sliced chilli and kaffir lime leaf.
