Raw Fish Spring Roll

  • Salmon sashimi8-10 pcs
  • Tuna sashimi8-10 pcs
  • Exotic Food Rice Paper4 sheets
  • Carrot, shredded1/2 cup
  • Radish, shredded1/2 cup
  • Shiso leaf4-6 leaves
  • Shoyu2 tbsp
  • Ginger, grated2 tsp


  • Soak rice paper in warm water until soft.
    Place rice paper on tray then add carrot, radish,
    shiso leaves and sashimi. Roll the rice paper up tightly.
  • Serve with shoyu mixed with ginger.
