  • Green papaya 1.00 pc
  • Sliced Garlic 1.00 clove
  • Palm sugar 1.00 tbsp
  • Chili 2.00 pcs
  • Cherry Tomatoes 2.00 pcs
  • Lime juice 1.00 lime
  • String Beans or French Beans 0.25 cup


  • Marinade your pork shoulder with Exotic Fish Sauce,
    Exotic Oyster Sauce, sugar, coriander roots,
    and chopped garlic. Pre heat oven to 180 C
  • Sear the pork on a hot pan about two minutes on each side
    and place it in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • While the pork is cooking, grate your papaya. Set aside.
  • For the dressing combine garlic, palm sugar, Exotic Fish Sauce,
    chili, tomatoes, and lime juice. Give it a good press and mix.
  • Cut up the green beans and add to the salad dressing.
    Toss the dressing with the grated papaya.
  • Remove the pork from the oven and rest for a few minutes.
    Slice and place on the salad.
