  • Heat a sauce pan. Add chicken and chicken stock to your pan.
  • Stir the chicken in the pot add shallots and dried chilies
  • Finely slice the lime leaf and add it to the pot
  • Add lime juice, the Exotic Fish Sauce, remove from heat
    and stir well.
  • Slice up the spring onions and toss it into the chicken along
    with the roasted rice and mint leaves.
  • Drizzle with Exotic Chilli Oil and serve with salad,
    sticky rice or steamed rice.
