Firecracker Shrimp Spring roll

  • Shrimps, peeled and deveined10
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Pepper corn1 tsp
  • Coriander roots2
  • Soy sauce1 tsp
  • Spring roll wrappers5 sheets
  • Exotic Food Spring Roll Sauce1 cup
  • Peanut, roasted and chopped1 tbsp
  • for frying Oil


  • Crush the garlic, coriander roots and pepper corn using
    mortar and pestle or food processor.
  • Marinate the shrimps with garlic mixture and soy sauce
    for 30 minutes.
  • Roll the shrimp in wrapper but leave the shrimp tail
    outside the wrapper.
  • Fry the spring roll in medium heat oil untill golden.
  • Mix sauce with peanut and serve with fried spring roll.
